How it works:
You process the payment for the mock interview service.
Receive our email with our link to complete an online interview prep form with prep questions, share the job posting, attach your resume & cover letter, and advise on preparing.
Once we get a completed form back, we will send you our calendar to schedule the mock interview session.
On the day and time you chose, we will call you for your mock interview via phone.
We will role-play with you as the hiring manager of the company and conduct a live interview. We will have a prepared list of questions based on the company, your resume, job posting, behavioral questions, along with ad-hoc questions.
We will record the voice version/video of this live interview for you to listen back to with your permission. We share the MP4/video link to the recording.
The interview session is approximately 45 minutes; during the interview, we will be scoring you on the quality and speed of your answers.
After the interview, we will take a 15-minute break, email you the score sheet, and get back on the phone for 30 minutes to review your interview and discuss what you did well and are to improve.
After this session, we will email you the link to your recording; this is a great tool to review how you performed during the interview.
