Before accepting a job offer, contact current or former employees through LinkedIn to get an insider’s perspective. This can provide invaluable insights into the company culture, workload, and whether the team you’re joining is fully staffed or running on a skeleton crew. Also, check out company reviews to get a vibe of how employees feel from sites like Glassdoor, Indeed, Comparably, InHerSight, Jobcase, FariyGodBoss, Vault, The Muse, or Builtin.
